Bacho LLC (“Bacho,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates bacho.world (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit the Site, submit an inquiry, request a catalog or quote, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Bacho LLC.
1. Information We Collect Information you provide to us. We may collect your email address, phone number, message or inquiry details, company or business information that you choose to provide, product interests, quote or order information, and your communication and marketing preferences. Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may collect IP address, browser and device information, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, interaction data, cookie or similar identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP address. Information from business and public sources. For business development and customer support, we may receive business contact information from showrooms, distributors, business partners, public business directories, social media, or other lawful sources.
2. How We Use Personal Information We may use personal information to: respond to requests and questions; send catalogs, quotes and product information requested by you; contact you about a specific inquiry; process and support transactions; maintain customer and business records; operate, secure and improve the Site; detect fraud, abuse and automated traffic; analyze Site use; comply with legal obligations; protect our rights; and, where permitted, send marketing communications or support advertising and analytics activities. If you choose to receive marketing emails, we may use your contact information to send product updates, new arrivals, offers and other promotional communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising and Similar Technologies The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics and advertising. We currently use Yandex technologies including Yandex SmartCaptcha, and the Site may use Yandex Metrica for analytics. Yandex SmartCaptcha is used to distinguish legitimate users from automated requests. For SmartCaptcha, Bacho LLC determines why the service is used and Yandex processes technical device and interaction data on our behalf for captcha verification. Yandex states that SmartCaptcha may process technical data about a user’s device, activity and digital fingerprint, such as token information, browser features, referrer and time zone, and that it retains data processed under the service instructions for 60 calendar days. Yandex may also further process data to improve the service. See the Yandex Privacy Policy for additional information. Analytics and advertising providers may receive device identifiers, IP address, cookie identifiers and information about how you interact with the Site. Depending on the provider and configuration, some disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing,” “sale,” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information We may disclose personal information to service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, customer communications, CRM, email delivery, fraud prevention, captcha services, logistics and other business operations; to showrooms, distributors or business partners when needed to respond to a request or provide a product or service; to analytics or advertising partners as described above; to professional advisers; to law enforcement or government authorities when required by law; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale of assets or similar corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain disclosures to advertising or analytics providers may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. Where applicable, we provide the legally required opportunity to opt out.
5. Retention We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate recordkeeping, security, dispute-resolution and legal-compliance needs. Inquiry and lead information is retained while we are responding to the request and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain business records and follow up on the relationship. Transaction and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable law. Marketing subscription records are retained while the subscription is active; after opt-out, we may retain a minimal suppression record so that we can honor the request. Technical logs and analytics data are retained according to our operational needs and the settings or retention periods of the relevant service provider. SmartCaptcha retention is described above.
6. Your Choices Marketing email. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Calls and text messages. If you have separately consented to marketing texts or covered automated marketing calls, you may revoke consent at any time using the methods stated in the message or by contacting us.
7. U.S. State Privacy Rights Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to Bacho LLC, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information, access it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling. 8. California Online Privacy Disclosures California residents may use the Site, so we provide the following online privacy disclosures. The categories of personal information we collect and the categories of third parties with whom we may disclose it are described above. To request access to or correction of information you provided through the Site, contact sales@bacho.world. We will post material changes to this Privacy Policy on this page and update the effective date. Do Not Track. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not a uniform legal standard. The Site may not respond to legacy Do Not Track signals. Where Bacho LLC is legally required to honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, Bacho LLC will process supported signals as required by applicable law. Third-party tracking. As described above, analytics, security and advertising providers may collect information about your activities on the Site. Some providers may also receive information across other websites or services, depending on their technology and configuration.
9. Security We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Processing Bacho LLC operates in the United States and works with service providers and business partners in multiple countries. Personal information may therefore be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws from your place of residence. We use contractual and other safeguards where required by applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date. Additional notice will be provided where required by law.
